The flexibility of Malathis reflected in the immediate decision-making upon receiving all related documents, in order to settle all claims and pay the ensuing compensations in the shortest time possible, realizing our clients time value in which they will find all support and interaction by the Claims Department and their experienced and capable representatives.
To facilitate the claims process, we encourage our clients in case of an accident generating loss or damage to read the following claims rules and procedures:
- 1st -Inform the police authorities immediately about the accident or Najm Company for Insurance Services (If their area are within the scope of the traffic accident).
- 2nd - No admission, offer, promise or payment shall be made by or on behalf of the insured or the authorized driver without the written consent of Malath.
- 3rd - No release of a third party who is liable /responsible for the loss without the written consent of the Malath.
- 4th - Repairs of the insured vehicles (Comprehensive Motor Insurance) should take place after the completion of the necessary documentation and survey.
- 5th - Repairs should not be authorized or started without the company’s written approval.
- 6th - Documents required in support of any claim are:
- Claim form, duly completed and signed by the Insured and the authorized driver.
- Original police report and repair permit.
- Towing permit, if required.
- Original and Copy of drivers License and Istimara.
